how it works
Initial Consultation $150
During your Initial Consultation, done virtually through Zoom, we will discuss your medical history, symptoms, and health goals. You will be asked to fill out several forms and questionnaires to get to know you better. We will send you an order for labs and you will return in 1-2 weeks post lab results for your Treatment Initiation appointment.
*If for any reason your lab results preclude you from treatment, we will refund $100 of your consult fee.
Treatment Initiation
At your Treatment Initiation we will review your lab results and have an in-depth discussion regarding your unique and personalized treatment plan. All medications will be sent to you in the mail. We will see you back one month later for Follow Up to review your progress.
4- week package includes the following:
- One month of medication
- Dietary counseling
- Exercise counseling
- 20% discount on additional supplements

3rd and Ongoing Appointments
Routine Follow Ups are done monthly after your Treatment Initiation appointment.
